What is the cost of signing Cummings permantely? I’ve seen some folk say 600k bargain! and other “media outlets” saying its 1.5 million... anybody got an idea?

Send back Murphy wit? Murphy's deal came with a clause to make the deal permanent for a fixed fee in June. It's not a standard loan with option it was deferred payment deal.
