We purchased a new SSL certificate however if there are still issues for users this most likely will be because browsers and devices will cache SSL status
please instruct users to
Clear their cache and Site settings and data - they should not need to clear their history but those settings are usually accessible when you look and click on the settings to clear browsing history for a particular site.
