There's a UEFA resale portal for people to sell spares at face value. I got Belgium v Italy and Czech vs Croatia for France 2016 on it, category 3. Not sure when it opens but going to keep an eye on it as I think this will be Croatia vs Serbia and what an atmosphere that would be at a major tournament.
I have a couple for their other game not sure if I'll be able to go due to holidays. If I can't and you don't find any you can have them if your still looking nearer the time
