It’s because people are assuming poor performance is due to his contract situation. The whole team have been in the exact same form so there is no reason whatsoever to assume it’s because he wants away.

Balogun can’t deal with a high ball from deep, he shat the bed for Nigeria last weekend doing the same. Teams know this and expose him. He’s been a good signing as the emergency centre half, now he’s the defacto starter he’s turning into a bomb scare.
Goldson has been off it all season and should have been told to beat it in the summer.
Tav should be warming the bench, Patterson didn’t deserve to be dropped.

Without sounding like a drama queen this could potentially go tits up spectacularly if we don’t address issues in Jan.

Gerrard is blinkered as far as Tav is concerned, Patterson is a far superior player, faster and more hungry, better defensively and it is beyond me why he is not on the team sheet every week, we seem to have a problem playing our younger talent even though they are superior in ability, its strange.
