He’s the best goalkeeper I have ever seen.

Pittodrie 92-93, Elland Road the same season. Juventus, Steau Bucharest and Grasshoppers away. Three games where he stopped us losing by cricket scores.

He was magnificent in the ne'erday game at parkhead in 97-98. Celtic obviously won but he was brilliant that day in a season where he was very below par he still seemed to play well in the OF games that season.

He's better than Klos only in so far as Goram was incredibly comfortable with the ball at his feet. Both small and fantastic shotstoppers. As has been mentioned already Klos' technique was probably better but Goram done just as well in his own Maverick style.

If you were to take both of their combined mistakes in their entire careers, Woods too then Allan McGregor will still have made a lot more.

I agree but stefan klos ran him a very close 2nd imo.

Andy was no 1 by a mile but Chris Woods was better than Santa Klos

When I first saw the question Leeds away was the one that instantly came to mind. There are plenty of Celtic games where he was outstanding too but harder to pick a specific one.
