Hospitality Ticketing - general

This is now beyond ridiculous. I say we band together and demand a meeting with Head of Corporate
 
Apologies if this has been answered before, however I can't find anything about it on the website and I haven't been in hospitality since the days they'd send out tickets through the post.

I'm in club Europe for the Dundee game next week. Do you just show your confirmation email on arrival? Can't see anything else in my emails or on my account to show.

You will get an eticket for the game emailed to you towards the end of next week just prior to the game.

Are the Motherwell collection details out?

We are getting tickets show in reservations but haven’t had a confirmation email in a few games now.

Only emails we’ve had from last 3 games (out of 3 VIP) is to say unsuccessful for Hearts

Collection from Argyle House from Wednesday 6th,mate.
Appeared in reservations a couple of days ago,but today the email is out and payment taken.
(Probably should be in the hospitality ticketing thread)

I got email today


We are pleased to confirm you have been successful in the bellow fixture.

Tickets will be ready for collection from Wednesday 6th December from Argyle House reception. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

I met him at the end of the summer. Nice guy but don't think he is really aware of how bad the comms are from his team and seemed shocked when I said I felt I was treated around the same as someone in Myers silver in terms of tickets etc. Its a shambles that someone in gold is pretty much gauranteed an away ticket in Europe but its 50/50 in corporate
 
Where games are top down (Euro aways and Hampden) could they not just use your guys MyGers points ? As surely you still accrue these in the background ?

We don’t, stopped getting ST points 3 seasons ago. Get points for some things but not for others. That was the issue when given the chance to move to MyGers start of last season, they wouldn’t confirm what points we should’ve been on.
 
Apologies for the probably obvious question but how does away and cup ticketing work for you guys in hospitality compared to the likes of me as a normal ST holder?

We are not even as well treated as they are.Under My Gers attendance at away European games as you say almost guarantees you a ticket. With corporate there is absolutely no priority given to the fans who travel regularly to Europe. Every ballot is all in . It means the guy next to you who has never travelled abroad has exactly the same chance of getting a ticket as someone who goes to all games .Liverpool last season was a prime example when many who fancied a glamour game in Europe got tickets over those who had been to Maribor,Miittyland etc. Why previous attendance at games is recognised and rewarded for all apart from Corporate is simply unfair
