Hospitality Ticketing - general

Got 1 out of 2 seats I have. Worse when you know that friends of friends of friends of Aberdeen fans are going who contribute nothing to Scottish football over a season
 
I know the answer probably appears in the last 23 pages but don't have time to back track. Do all MyGers Gold get guaranteed a final ticket?
 
Fired off an email asking for an explanation for only 1 out of 2, but doubt i will get a reply.

I don't see how people that go to all hole games, apply for all away games (bar away European), are missing out on tickets.

I have two seats. One in C72 and the other in GR5. With the seat in GR5, I am in group 1 and have had no issue buying a ticket for the semi and also for the final. I am in silver MyGers ( about middle).
 
I will not make the AGM but it would be helpful if anyone who manages to go could ask Mr Bisgrove why ST holders in Bronze level in MyGers were given priority to purchase League Cup final tickets over a number of seasonal VIP clients who were "unsuccessful" in the ballot. Just because you pay about 4/5 times as much for your seat obviously does not matter to the club!

It isn't even the money bit, it is just the games attended I would be happy for them to take into account.

I think there was a spreadsheet that calculated your mygers points, it would be good to see how many points would be accrued for attending all homes games for the years that are now taken into account.

Did you get a reply. I fired one off also as it’s pretty poor. They are too busy punting as many decent seats as possible for hospitality
 
Betis started arriving. 1 of our 2 anyway

Anyone else receiving multiples only got a partial or should we start worrying.

MyGers registration for Hibs opened on 21/12 and emails issued today on 28/12.

I think we just have to accept that customer service is not very high on Corporate’s list of priorities.

Surely have registration opened before the end of the week.

Was just coming in here to ask about ballots, as not had one since November for double Aberdeen, Hearts, which I only got one ticket from 2 b72 STs.

It fucking annoying how they keep sending out VIP pish, they need to drop it and just call it hospitality.

There is a clear conflict of interest. Does Corporate hospitality represent the interests of seasonal corporate clients any longer? Or are they are too busy selling additional corporate packages? Has the role of the club 72 account manager been withdrawn?

The most up to date named person I can find is Sophie Anderson, Hospitality administrator Club 72.

No-one appears to sign their return email correspondence from Corporate anymore. Secrecy is the order of the day.
 
‘Best in class’ as ever. Every other punter knows about tickets weeks before corporate even get the chance to apply

Same here apparently someone else has taken over and completely fucked it thus far
 
Anyone know what will happen with two hospitality tickets purchased for Ross County game on the 27/12/23 ?

I bought them for me and my son (as a Xmas present for my son).
Now there is a good chance he'll be unable to attend due to work (if the rearranged date is a midweek).

Hearing the Mygers Dumbarton tickets have arrived in the post to some today. Puts things in perspective doesn’t it.
