We are talking about Edinburgh thoughYou obviously weren’t in Germany for the euros.

What is it you don't comprehend?English please, thanks.
Edinburgh trams are a vanity project. Glad we don’t need to suffer this when travelling to Ibrox. The que in the que's out. Far worse than Hampden. I'm standing in the fishing rain waiting for a tram, still 30 mins to wait so that'll be 2 hrs after full time.
Point is the public transport is as shit in Germany whenever big crowds are added into the equation. We are talking about Edinburgh though
Que?What is it you don't comprehend?
AgreedIt’s a dump , leaking roof and bird shit everywhere
What is it you don't comprehend?Que?
Said the same on another thread, access a shambles, tickets not scanning, water pishing through the roof and disgusting toilets. No thanks, even Hampden is better. It’s a dump , leaking roof and bird shit everywhere
Edinburgh has tiny wee trams that simply can’t handle big crowds.Point is the public transport is as shit in Germany whenever big crowds are added into the equation.
Im in Edinburgh quite often and more often than not the trams are virtually empty.Just typical public transport in this shithole country
The views would be ok if you had binoculars. The first row is a ridiculous distance away from the perimeter of the pitch. The views were better than hampden
But roof leaking on me all 2nd half
Pregame we had to do a whole lap of the stadium and queue to get in. Felt like 30/40minutes from car. On the way out a few extra gates being open meant it was less than 10mins from exit to car. Feel like more planning and it would be fine
Not for me, absolute joke.Maybe I’m in the minority, but getting from princes street to Murrayfield and into the stadium was quick, easy and straightforward.
Trams were designed for the usual day to day to transporting of people, not for a 60,000 surge of people once every so oftenThe trams were a disgrace. Not nearly enough taking you back to the park and ride side of the city
Home in Cumbernauld quicker than the average journey from Ibrox or Hampden, as an aside I regularly get dripped on in the Club Deck.
Must have been to Murrayfield 20 times for rugby, concerts and now football and never had a problem getting in.
Managed to get a Tram quite early : but heard stories of horrendous waiting times at previous eventsIm in Edinburgh quite often and more often than not the trams are virtually empty.
However i do find the bus service to be good.
Agree, it was absolutely hopeless. In the end our tickets didn’t even get checked! Was there 90 minutes before ko with my boy and got turned away 3 times from the turnstiles that we'd been directed to by the stadium security. The organization today was farcical, eventually had to get the police called over to get let in. Won't be venturing to Murrayfield again as that was a dreadful experience.
Roof leaking is a pre requisite for a Man U game these days. The views were better than hampden

Is this Murrayfield or Hampden you're talking about ?The views would be ok if you had binoculars. The first row is a ridiculous distance away from the perimeter of the pitch.
Not a stadium for football.
Where to?Take the car. Home in just under an hour.
Never understood the attraction of Murrayfield. It always ends up getting used as a stick to hit Hampden with it but to me they are two cheeks of the same arse. The views would be ok if you had binoculars. The first row is a ridiculous distance away from the perimeter of the pitch.

Where you there today mate ? Was chaos trying to get in , turnstile poorly signed , people not knowing where to get in , stewards nowhere to be seen , game was delayed says it allMurrayfield is the best venue in Scotland bar Ibrox. Never had any bother anytime I’ve been to watch the rugby or when hearts played there
Central Edinburgh.Where to?
Said to my mate can only think coz there’s no supporters ends at rugby i assume any ticket opens any turnstile , the turnstile I eventually got in , I had to walk past the turnstile that rejected my ticket to get to my seatThe queues on the way in, caused by people being funneled thru gates and a significant amount of time before kick off, were an absolute joke. Took a lot of the shine off my wee boys day as he ended up standing crammed in like sardines and soaked through before even getting into the game.
Apparently it's not like that for the rugby....
Central Edinburgh.
Yeah bud, folk sometimes slag the club deck who don't sit there but in reality you're right on top of the action.Never understood the attraction of Murrayfield. It always ends up getting used as a stick to hit Hampden with it but to me they are two cheeks of the same arse.
Last time I went to Murrayfield was the Hearts game. We were behind the goals on the lower tier and it felt miles away from the action and we should know as we sit in Club Deck ffs
Ek. Parked just behind the Murrayfield hotel and went home via queeensferry/m9 to avoid the rushWhere to?
I would never get a tram after an event at Murrayfield, much worse than than getting a subway at IbroxManaged to get a Tram quite early : but heard stories of horrendous waiting times at previous events
The difference with the rugby is that they sell alcohol at the game.Said to my mate can only think coz there’s no supporters ends at rugby i assume any ticket opens any turnstile , the turnstile I eventually got in , I had to walk past the turnstile that rejected my ticket to get to my seat
