A legend in my eyes. Stayed when he could easily have left. Personally I would have him on the hall of fame. He stayed for the fight & captained us during our darkest days.

I’m not sure where the grudge part comes from?

Regardless, classy display from our support to our captain who stuck with us through the absolute worst of times.

I’ll forever remember him and big Jig for that.

i would back that, considering where we were and where we were headed, he certainly stuck with us, probably to the detriment of his own career.
Guys like him and big Jig were so important to the fans, team and the club during the dark days in my view.

We fined him four weeks wages for speaking his mind behind closed doors to Murty after the Celtic debacle. Wallace and Miller took the club to a tribunal and won their case. Dropped from the Europa League squad then ushered out.

It’s not so much a view as it is a fact. Championship level football and an international career vs one of the lowest levels of football in Europe at a club that had no certain future, was an absolute circus and a complete hotbed for negativity.
