Management team today

1st half I thought we were excellent, zipping the ball about playing well, but for better finishing we could have been 2 or 3 up and in cruise control. We never played with our normal 3 man midfield, Aribo was top right, Hagi left and Wright more central.

Go in 1-0 up and all is rosy, 2nd half starts and bang we are back to Aribo in midfield 3, wright left and Hagi right and from that moment we lost control of the game, became a bit of a shit show if we are honest with defensive errors galore, poor finishing and worst of all absolute terrible subs from the management team today.

We currently dont have the players for a 4 3 3 the way they want it, it's clearly evident from our style of play and lack of goals, get back to playing with the extra forward 4 2 3 1 as such and the goals will come, put players in their proper positions and stop putting square pegs in round holes

If they don't get it right at the beginning of the game the chances are it'll go wrong. Occasionally a change will be made during the game that'll spice things up or get us back on track. However, that is very few and far between that happens. More often than not the subs are terrible options, terrible timing and just do nothing good for us.
