If they attempt to condemn the tweet and threaten action, it opens up a possible civil investigation into the comments and therefore all documentation used as a defence become public and available for any other type of trial.

If they ignore it, are they accepting it happened and are still trying to find room under the carpet?

I think Parry was too 'wacky' and maybe Graham wanted to go down the more serious route.
