Name Printing Online?

I'm looking to order a kids top from the online store and would like name printing, I don't see an option for this, is it possible, as anyone done this?

I did email them two weeks ago, zero response!

I think they've removed customisation. Just order the top and get it printed in Greaves or even the mega store.
