With the volume of season ticket sales we are seeing and the obvious impact this has on match ticket availability for non-season ticket holders the club really need to push the secondary ticket system and we, the supporters, need to buy into it. Obviously increasing the incentive to fans to hand their ticket back would / could have an impact but other than that what other options do the club have ? Do other clubs have a similar system and are their incentives or payments for handing your ticket back in line with ours ? Or is it simple that the club need to push the message and make sure everyone is aware and uses the current system
