It's not been postponed yet, so I can't see how Rangers can reimburse.

they can’t do anything until after the UEFA meeting at the very least.
I get that, but Uefa won't commit on Tuesday, they'll give it another 2 to 3 weeks to see where we are.

Its unchartered territory and it's the strangest I've ever known it. Years ago you could get games postponed for weeks, but you always knew it was going to start up again. This is a whole new ball game and everyone will just have to be patient.
