I think it may be 10am to 2pm on non matchdays.

Edit: it is indeed.

Rangers Ticket Centre opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am until 5pm. Wednesday 10am until 5pm and Thursday 9am until 6pm, Saturday 10am until 2pm and closed Sunday.

10am to 2pm mate I’m 99% sure.

If it’s to renew you could always phone as I couldn’t renew online due to sitting in BF1 as not an option, unless of course you’re already through that way
