The empty seats in the Hearts end were embarrassing.45k was the attendance called on premier sports
Seen one guy holding up 4 or 5 about half an hour before kick offSomeone also said on another thread there was loads of tickets for sale.
Just as well it never happened. If you can call handing out thousands of tickets for free selling out. I hope it cost them plenty.
Just as well it never happened.
Hating itself to death, to coin a phrase from the past.2,500 empty seats for a Cup semi-final that should have easily sold out.
Scottish football is the fucking pits.
Dunno. But they never gave "thousands away to charity".Was the 5k down to segregation? Surely not?
Unreal amount of tickets available outside considering it was a 50/50 split
for the rangers end?
Sounds like they should’ve if they had 4k empties…Dunno. But they never gave "thousands away to charity".
It's a cool story, that will probably become 10k as time goes on.Sounds like they should’ve if they had 4k empties…
Yes. Saw one guy holding atleast 4 tickets and then another few guys with a couple of tickets each
Got ticket outside Hampden and saw few others selling tickets near school/ cafe at mount Florida endfor the rangers end?
Maybe they should have. Filled it up a bit. Still, at least they paid for the thousands of empty seats.Just as well it never happened.
Those seats are Debenture seats so if they don't sell by Hampden themselves they are handed to the clubs which has been the case today and yesterdayWas in South stan upper section near hearts end all bears must have handed lots of tickets back
No it would have been debentures not turning up. Hearts had over 19,500 supporters in today. A split was completely justified. Was the 5k down to segregation? Surely not?
NoWas the 5k down to segregation? Surely not?
The seats are bought and paid for.Tons of tickets for sale outside and embassaring amount of empty seats in the south stand. Most of the best seats in the house were not used today.
Scotland, continuing to hate itself to death 2024.

Who handed tickets to day trippers? Tickets are bought and paid for.Yer baws mate.
There’s f*ck all justification in handing tickets to day trippers at the cost of real fans.
I won’t entertain your shite on this topic any longer.
Hospitality in the tarts south stand was empty, almost. Was the 5k down to segregation? Surely not?
Was just coming in to say the same thing, it was a shocker.Hospitality in the tarts south stand was empty, almost.
Our view from north stand.

Seen the greenock one at hampden beforeSurprised to see Hearts banners with South Belfast and Greenock on them, not to mention a random Dingle Liverpool FC banner at the front of their end.
Debentures don’t just turn up.No it would have been debentures not turning up. Hearts had over 19,500 supporters in today. A split was completely justified.
Our “real fans” were punting tickets left right and centre today. Buses holding up wads of them at the stadium.Yer baws mate.

I was in B2 in West Stand. 3 or 4 empty seats around me. Surprised to see plenty of tickets for sale outside.
This kind of a setup is a nightmare for families especially with juveniles so no thanks - we need to know our allocation from the start. If they sell all that they can have the other half of the East Stand and if not we get the part of the East stand adjacent to the South Stand.
Pretty sure there's at least one Hearts supporters club in Belfast.Surprised to see Hearts banners with South Belfast and Greenock on them, not to mention a random Dingle Liverpool FC banner at the front of their end.

There was a few spares for our end on the way to the ground
I saw two separate guys selling at least two tickets each near Mount Florida Primary School at 2.30.
That would be normal in my heyday for away/Hampden games (2008-11), but a very rare sight these days indeed.

Aye, but that's awrite.....Our “real fans” were punting tickets left right and centre today. Buses holding up wads of them at the stadium.
Think it was more to do with a lot of folk being absolutely scunnered since last weekend@Greg Marshall
plenty of mygers members (with a season ticket and on cccs) will have missed out on today and get to come on here and read this.
if a game's mygers allocation is top down, there is just no justification to handing so many tickets to the buses. it's a scandal and today should be a watershed moment.
Some of the tickets being sold will be MyGers members tickets. If someone can't make the game then a lot of people will pass that ticket to their bus to then try and fill a seat with. All of the spares being sold aren't RSC tickets.plenty of mygers members (with a season ticket and on cccs) will have missed out on today and get to come on here and read this.
