If true, nothing much to worry about here.

EMILIO IZAGUIRRE is set for a sensational return to Celtic just 12 months after leaving.

The left-back spent seven years at Parkhead after joining Neil Lennon’s side in 2010.
The popular Honduran international played over 250 games for the Hoops, winning 10 major honours.

And now he looks set to re-join the club as cover for Kieran Tierney.

Izaguirre quit Celtic last year as he moved to Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Fayha on a two-year deal.

But he ripped up his lucrative deal in the Middle East because his wife wasn’t allowed to drive.
The 32-year-old knocked back a reunion with former boss Lennon at Hibs because he didn’t want to move back to Scotland.

SunSport understands Celts are also monitoring former loan defender Jason Denayer’s situation at Manchester City.
Denayer, 23, has spent the four seasons on loan with spells in Glasgow, Sunderland and Istanbul at Turkish giants Galatasaray.

And he looks set to leave the Etihad this summer despite having two years left on his City contract.

As a replacement for Kierney that’s quite funny, the big lad from Man C is ok but he is no Conor Goldson:)

Brilliant.
That lot are heading for choppy waters.

Imagine being a Tim and seeing John McGinn and Izaguiire is likely your big signing for the year.

Ha

Heard as well once Josef Fritzel goes that his family have not one jot of interest in football or them.

That is f.ucking tragic.
Izzaguerie was finished when he left, what kind of state is he going to be in after playing in the equivalent of a football retirement home.

Alex Rae said on superscoreboard the other night he got told by a good source Patrick Roberts is returning permanently aswell

James Maddison goes from a Championship club to the EPL for £20m but Alex Rae is telling us the Tims will get Roberts permanently at what would be a fraction of that price ?

What planet are these guys on ?

Their transfer activity this summer has been utterly bizarre tbh, and a good shout it’ll cost them CL qualification this year.

Looks like they’re heading for admin imho.

I’m going to start a Rangers blog concentrating solely on Celtics problems and ask all of you to fund my fantasy by donating your cash so I can buy Kleenex to stop my imaginary daughter from crying.

Cheers guys x
Count me in. PayPal ok?

Absolutely wonderful.

Why are they not spending money? Stadium falling down? Huge wage bill which can only be serviced by CL money? Compensation claims due to them knowingly harbouring a nonce ring for over 20 years?

Absolutely wonderful.
YOU’VE NO MONEY - sound familiar? That’s the banner sorted.

The signing of the fullback is an odd one however, what is more odd, the sun is saying “celtic insiders” are saying they are prepared to pay more than whats on offer from Villa for thr Ork!!
Something is not right!

Something not right with them (other than the usual).

Spent a wedge on Edouard obviously but sold Armstrong and paper talk of them selling Boyata for a good few million yet these are their signing targets? What are they doing with all their money?

Stock piling maybe due to historical issues arising in court rooms?

Or, there's issues at board level and they are above their limits and Rodgers isn't happy.

Denayer would be a very decent signing for them

Celtic have already paid Patrick Roberts initial transfer fee in the loan fees they’ve paid City and they be paid his wages. He is nowhere near the standard required at City and they ll be happy to see him go. His failure to get past James Forrest isn’t really going to impress many EPL clubs!!

Izzy coming back surely means the end for the wonder kid ???

Leaving Denayer out of it they have signed nothing while we have improved in more or less every position and our bench has real quality on it now
