Yes that is used a lot for things like Hamburgers and sausage. I used to work in a slaughterhouse and all the ribs that are now used for spare ribs used to go to the cosmetic industry. Nowada's virtually nothing is thrown away. There was even a test done recently on calamari and it was found out to be the anus of a pig and had been nowhere near the sea.

Horse fillet of steak is absolutely delicious... We used to buy it from a butcher that sold horse meat. You can also buy smoked horsemeat in virtually every supermarket in Holland.

They're howling. I'd never tried one and my mate swears by them. He made me them one day and it was up there with the worst thing iv ever tried(a donner from best kebab in town)
