Official Dr Mark Waller Returns

Genuinely brilliant news, a proper expert in his field and from what everyone’s said a true gentleman. I’m right in saying he was part of the team that saved Houllier’s life?

Did he not leave to be nearer family south? Or that was the reason given? Wonder what the real story is.

Welcome addition and hopefully fitness and medical issues become less.

Yeh he left and said he wanted to be closer to his family.

This is great news.

By all accounts, this man is a top professional, and is highly competent.

I believe that at Rangers, the physical condition of our players is one of our key competative advantages.

People are going to be very disappointed to find changing the head of the medical department doesn't magically stop players getting injured
I don’t think anyone thinks that.

But hopefully a higher quality of medical staff combined with a proper pre season should see us back to what is considered a “normal” level of injuries over the course of the season, and nothing like last season which was probably our worst ever.

And so the Bennett regime carries forward, out with the old, in with the new, hopefully all bids well for a successful season ahead!

Would be interested to hear more about his return. Did we actively go head hunting, did his family miss Glasgow?

Regardless, delighted to have him back. Evidently countless errors were made after he departed.

This is very good news. Need to the new structure evolving g this is a great signing. Hopefully our injuries are less of an issue going forward.

Welcome back Dr Waller. Had the pleasure of speaking to him for 5 minutes just before we clinched 55. He spoke so fondly of the Club and of the city. And clearly a top professional. Zeb’s lead role. Making the correct strides and bringing a better standard back to our Club.

This guy personally helped me go from being a completely lazy bastard to beating Usain Bolts 100m record in only 3 days.

To the thousands upon thousands of bheast lurkers: Be afraid. Be very afraid :shh: :shh: :shh:

Are you the old guy from up north who told us he obliterated the over 60s 100m world record in your trainers with no starting blocks?! B-)

Some will but everyone can have confidence with Doc Waller that we won’t make a mess of their rehab which looks like the case with Lawrence and some others

Will he? He was in charge plenty of players who still have had continuous issue like Helander, Roofe and Jack. Players have issues and some are not easily resolved by appointing everyone’s favourite doctor.

The Lawrence thing is becoming the biggest old wife’s tale on here. The club were advised to rehab it and make surgery the last option when speaking to a specialist.
