He’s done a good job at Wolves but I’d be amazed if he landed the Liverpool job.
I wouldn't.He’s done a good job at Wolves but I’d be amazed if he landed the Liverpool job.
Thought the boy at Brighton was now the favourite?
Sacked by Bournemouth to managing Liverpool in a year would be unbelievable though.I wouldn't.
O'Neil has done more than a good job at Wolves, he's the man on everybody's lips in football circles down there about his coaching and man management ability.
Just heard on on Talksport a few minutes ago
Why? Ferguson’s Man Utd were a winning machine. Klopps Liverpool more often that not have been plucky runners up.The thing is , it’s a poisoned chalice now, just like when Ferguson left Man U , who ever takes the Liverpool job is on a hiding to nothing.
Hmmm i wonder why ?Klopps Liverpool more often that not have been plucky runners up.
Fergie's Man U weren't operating in the era of Man City getting away with breaching FFP rules on the regular. Why? Ferguson’s Man Utd were a winning machine. Klopps Liverpool more often that not have been plucky runners up.
Towards the end they were and he still won a league. Winning his final title with that Utd squad was unbelievable.Fergie's Man U weren't operating in the era of Man City getting away with breaching FFP rules on the regular.
Your probably right, fairly convinced he would have seen off Postecoglou in 21/22 and put them into a shambles.Liverpool seem to be struggling to get anyone.
I genuinely think if Gerrard had stayed here he would have been a shoe in now as they are looking at the Feyenoord, Sporting, Wolves managers.
Gerrard is fairly open now in saying he wishes he had never left us when he did.Liverpool seem to be struggling to get anyone.

Liverpool have had arguably their best period in 40 years but barely one a trophy. I think they will nosedive once klopp is away .
I thought the Sporting Lisbon guy was a shoe in
Said he’s staying at Bayer hasn’t he?I take it Xabi Alonso has officially ruled himself out?
This. Anyone under serious consideration basically needs to decide whether they would like the job now or in a year or two after they’ve went through some cannon fodder. The thing is , it’s a poisoned chalice now, just like when Ferguson left Man U , who ever takes the Liverpool job is on a hiding to nothing.
You are awful...They should have taken a punt on Mr Emery.Done a brilliant job at Villa.
One for us maybe older bears, tremendousYou are awful...
You're neglecting that at the time Ten Hag had 2 or 3 times the budget of what Slot had.Slot's done well at Feyenoord, but he's not been that good.
Ten Hagg done a better job at Ajax
Rarely is the grass greener (sorry!) when folk leave us.Gerrard is fairly open now in saying he wishes he had never left us when he did.
Europa League final and a kick away from the Champions League final too. You're neglecting that at the time Ten Hag had 2 or 3 times the budget of what Slot had.
Can kinda understand why. Klopp has been there a long time, is hugely popular with the fans, won a league, a Champions League and a few cups. Big shoes to fill and this is Klopp's team, so you never know how his players will react to a new training regime, new tactics, new personality etc. I can see why any manager whose career is on an upward trajectory wouldn't want to take the risk.Liverpool seem to be struggling to get anyone.

IF we win the league my spidey senses tell me he would go to West Ham.Maybe crispy lips is in with a shot
Rodgers isn't getting anywhere near the Premier League if he doesn't win the league.IF we win the league my spidey senses tell me he would go to West Ham.
Just a hunch.
