Two things. Hard work and desire can overcome talent if talent doesn’t work hard. His clearance from Lawrence epitomised that, and is just one example why we’re not running away with this league, that has to be a goal.

Second, none of our players would have lasted that long without a booking, playing exactly how Gogic did.

Hardly a journeyman with that amount of clubs. Even the shitest players can have a wonder game every now and again. We were unlucky that today Gogic decided to have a performance like that today.

He looked like prime Jaap Stam today.

It must be the best way to play football as it’s all everyone ever does now, but I do miss the days of having two strikers on the pitch at the same time.

Limited footballer, but hard as nails and works his socks off, the latter evidenced by that goal saving stop from Lawrence.

Even though Dessers scored, he kept him quiet all game.

Effort is going to work against most of the mob currently playing for us and that's unacceptable. Nobody will convince me that something is amiss behind the scenes either. We could be doing with a few types like Gogic ourselves.

He played very well and is decent at his position so not sure why it’s unacceptable.

St Mirren are a well organised side.

He deserves credit for his passion and commitment today. Busting a bollock to run the length of the pitch at the end of the game to block Lawrence’s goal bound shot.

We would be wanking ourselves silly if our CB did that.

He's been noticeably good for St. Mirren this season, when he was at Hibs I thought he was just a jobber thug but he's looked decent against us and he's not in the SPL team of the season for nothing.

Weird post. The guy had a great game so you feel the need to lay in to him. Journeymen or not, he always has a decent game against us.
