The longest second half I think I’ve ever witnessed, played into the wind and it seemed like we never got out of our half.

Soaked to the skin but the bus journey home was epic.

At least you were able to see what was happening, I had to follow it on Radio Scotland and must have had about 10 cardiac arrests when they hit the post, the bar, the other post, had shots cleared off the line. Our record in the cup against them had been abysmal since the 73 cup final and I couldn’t believe we would be able to hold on.

It’s a tie between that match and the Oct 87 match, coming back from 0-2 down thanks to Gough’s telescopic leg

The best that i can think of was the 92 Scottish cup semi-final against the Mutants.

Got absolutely drenched that night but well worth it. One of the best ever.
