If you were offered a ticket in the Celtic end for the SCF, would you, could you?

I'd say there wouldve been headcases in the ICF did that back in the good old days. Jackets off, colours out and just start leathering as many as possible before you're taken out

I doubt if I could keep my emotions in check should we score, even a little squeak would give the game away.

Nearest I have ever come to this was many years ago travelling from Inverness to Hampden for a Glasgow Cup Final on the Celtic Supporters bus as the Rangers one was booked out...My mate and I were outed en route, warned not to even think about using it to get home and ended up finally arriving back the next morning via Aberdeen by train.

So re a ticket...its probably a No from me.
A yes from me, I've started learning some of their little ditties that our media never seem to hear.

Can I get an old green and grey rag off ebay for less than a tenner?

Takes me all my time , keeping my mouth shut when walking past one in the street , as soon as I see the Dublin deckchair or anything related to them I feel the urge to say something , but I've learned over the years not to converse or even acknowledge their presence . So standing shoulder to shoulder , it's a big NO.

Two of my brothers mates took me to the 1965 game and they gave me protection when I jumped up when Murdoch ballooned his penalty over the bar.
They were a couple of hard b@#tards so felt safe enough.

I was in the North Enclosure, Rangers end, for the 86 LCF and was at the fence right beside them, that was close enough, I could never sit amongst them for any game.

Wouldn’t be interested in one so no

And be surrounded by deluded, stinking arseholes? No thank you, I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut for the teams walking out, never mind the kick off.

Years ago when it was terracing and that my dad used to do it a bit, start of game he would take unwell or have an injury and get attended to he would then when getting escorted around become well again take out hidden scarf and bolt into enclosure or whatever bit he could get into depending on what way the medical staff at the time would take him to the wee hut, i believe he also done it at Hampden for a cup semi or a final

He also sneaked into games as a Steward and another time as a plain clothes policeman walking in at the back of the other police

mental how he got away with it really but would have probably been easier to get tickets for their end than it would have been for our end at the time

Nowadays dont think anyone could really be able to do that since cctv and that

I'd be recognised by someone no doubt, but it's so hard. I got recognised in the Dundee Utd end at Tannadice once and advised just to sit quiet and I'd be ok.

Did you not feel like a right fanny when we scored and wish you'd just watched it in a pub with other bears and celebrated?

Not a chance!

Been behind enemy lines before a couple of times but never against the paedos.

Part of the beauty of being at the game is to be amongst your own, better on the tele if you can’t get in our end.

Absolutely not. These threads always baffle me.

I like the stories some bears have from doing it back in the day, but you'd have to be crazy to do it.

I’ve been on a boat with them piles of times it’s horrendous

Not a chance I'd sit amongst those reprobates!

I got a lift up from Glasgow by a Dundee Utd fan and in those days I was desperate to get to all games. I was hoping I could get a spare at the Rangers end and tried for an hour. Wasn't sure about any of the local pubs.

Got a comp for the Lovenkrands final on the morning of the game. It was just over the halfway line in the main stand in their end. Supposed to be a ‘neutral’ section: anything but. Held my nerve - totally sober, thankfully.

No chance, i cant sit on a train with them without holding my water never mind sitting with them

Nope

I have a severe hatred of them, can barely look at one, hate seeing them at the other end, never mind standing with them

Not a chance. Imagine listening to their bile the full match. Not even a 5-0 win would be worth that.

I could possibly, just about manage to stifle my delight if we were to score, but there's no way I could celebrate one of theirs convincingly.

Tis a fool's errand.
I was in their hospitality for the 3-3 game when RdB scored that header, it’s definitely harder when the bastards score than when Rangers score. Got sussed out eventually, an English one of them turned to me at the end and said I’d sat on my hands well:D
