Forget the bheggars match, we've a cup quarter final tomorrow night.
A defeat is unthinkable.

Oh well Miller in midfield tomorrow then
Holt to make an appearance tomorrow night then? Dorrans not trained due to illness, depending on the illness I'd probably rest him until Saturday now.
Barjonas and Thompson moved up to first team training this week,
Rossiter has been fit since the start of the season & we've hardly given him any minutes. Now suddenly when we need him he's injured?
Our squad doesn't have the depth to cope with a few injuries to be honest. In fact, we don't really even seem to have a genuine left winger to replace McKay even from the start, since Dalcio has disappeared off the RADAR.
It's not well balanced before we even start looking at players being unavailable.
Difficult not to think that the next two games could go badly. Worse to look ahead in the calendar and the fact that we're only a few weeks away from St Johnstone and Aberdeen games as well. Tough run of fixtures when we've had a horribly inconsistent run against some of the poorer teams so far.
Only got ourselves to blame on both fronts - some glaring holes in the recruitment in the summer plus made an arse of what was a decent early fixture list.
Long autumn and winter ahead I think.
Seemed an absolute no-brainer that we needed a replacement for McKay when he left. The real worry is that he brought Dalcio in to do that job and has now decided/realised he's not up to it. If that's the case, the boat should've been pushed out on it later in the window as a priority IMHO.
My view also .There is no doubt in my mind Niko is done in a physical sense.
Going by stories he tried his damnedest to get back to full fitness, bringing in his own specialist trainers, he gave it his all.
He just doesn't posses the physicality required of a pro athlete anymore.
Oooft. Not one bit of good news there. That really means we will be cobbling a team together for the weekend.
What a shame (for us & him) he has shown flashes of what a player he could be for usThere is no doubt in my mind Niko is done in a physical sense.

I'd seriously look to bring in Jamie Barjonas into the midfield. He'd show no fear.
It is a shame, no doubting the guy was quality in the past. But he wont ever be that player again. What a shame (for us & him) he has shown flashes of what a player he could be for us
