Darvel beat Pollok 2-0 in the WOS League Cup Final at Broadwood this afternoon. Wee bit of pre-match drama with Pollok threatening to get the lawyers in if Darvel played Kyle Hutton, who they have on loan from Pollok. The WOSFL clarified that any clauses about players not playing against their parent club do not apply at WOSFL level, so Kyle was in the Darvel line up.

But was it in the agreement between clubs ? , looks like Hutton season might be over then if Lok recall him from his loan

It doesn't matter if they did as the WOSFL have made it clear that any such clauses are invalid.

Was at the match. Two average looking sides. Pollok midfield failed to turn up and the strikers were feeding off long ball scraps. Lost to a penalty for handball and an ‘every Pollok player had fallen asleep at restart’ goal 15 seconds into the second half.

Lok had 2 fit defenders both full backs seemed to disrupt whole team ,
