I’m an ST holder and have not received this email? Just checked my junk and spam in case it went there but nothing? Is it only going to a segment of the database rather than its entirety?

Just completed this. Good post OP, as I was too busy to complete the survey when I first received the email and ended up forgetting about it!

Just got an email about this today, with a deadline for tomorrow. Filled it in and had to laugh at the merchandise questions. "Why is the range poor?" - don't think they need a survey to work that one out.
