Andy was an inside-forward who joined us in 1915 from Kilmarnock. He served as a lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery during the First World War. He won seven League titles with us and played in our famous 1928 Scottish Cup Final triumph where we thrashed Celtic 4–0 to win the trophy for the first time in 25 years.
