Saturday's football (not our Women's game)

Think Anthony Taylor has dropped a clanger there with the keeper rolling the ball out in front of him. It was clearly in play.

But he blew the whistle before Gakpo got there so even if Gapko had put it in the goal, VAR wouldn't have been able to intervene as Taylor had already blown up and stopped the game.
Looked like he was telling the keeper to kid on he was injured :))

Colchester v Crewe live on Sky now.

Banker draw on cards surely.

A point for each means Colchester avoid relegation and Crewe guaranteed play offs.

Getting old.
:D

One of the most insufferable blokes in football. Can't listen to TTFS when he's on it.

Same guy who once claimed Mulgrew and Brown were bordering on world class.
Switched off was out doing some gardening, watching Hearts game now need Kilmarnock to win to keep Hearts on their toes don’t think they will though.

The pitch invasion after Ronnie Radford's wonderstrike against Newcastle is one of the most glorious scenes ever in football. Parka jaikets everywhere. :))

Apart from the fact it was a thunderbastard of a goal, the two things I always find hilarious are the kid clutching the toy panda as they all swarm on, and the half hearted attempts by what seems to be the only copper there in trying to get the fans off the park. The big grin on his face suggests he can't really be arsed. And who could blame him?
Same things happened at the winning goal.
Great scenes.

Burnley make a mess of passing out of defence again. The intention is laudable but sometimes you just don’t have the players to do it.

Newcastle in complete control 5-1.

Sheffield Utd actually had a decent 1st half. Could have had a couple of goals .
