Be successful domestically I would imagine?

So a Manager that keeps his team in the SPFL would be more eligible for MOTY than a guy that wins a European trophy.?

That would be Scottish football summed up, tbh.

A team that has won a league without losing a game game perhaps?

Clement hasn't gotten us league wise higher or better than we should be. McInness and the Dundee manager have done so though.
