A nice idea, but I doubt paper tickets are ever coming back.
I have kept loads of mine going back to the 1980s, great memories.

Funny I dug out some old tickets last night after someone mentioning the PSG game in 2001.
Yeah it'd be good to have paper tickets especially for European games for souveniers.

I’ve even kept my Brondby ticket which is basically just an A4 piece of paper with a bar code.

I've a bit of paper with bar code on it re Benfica this year.

Didn't need it. Phone was sufficient but kept the print out.

Have kept all my old Tickets in an Album - am sure there’s one in there for a Rangers v Celtic game at Ibrox - only about £2 !!

League cup final in 1986 v the yahoos was £4.i have tickets for parkhead and yep they were £2.iirc it was 50p dearer for our end as the yahoos said our end had a bigger roof!!!

I've got the League cup final against them from 82 and it was £2, Ibrox in 81 was £1.50 in the enclosure and the Piggery in 81 was £1.75

Every ticket down the divisions.
Plus 100's of gig tickets.
Try and always keep the ticket stub to any events including race meetings etc

I’ve got all mine in a box. Rangers and England stubs since 2007. Really wish clubs would give us the option of a paper ticket. Would be quite happy to pay the charge to cover the expense too.

Likewise I've kept this one in my bank card wallet since 89 when we won the league that day.

I have some great old stubs - many of them signed as well.
I have the Aberdeen title decider signed by Mark Hateley, and Mo Johnston’s November 89 goal v Them signed by Johnston stand out.

Also a few programmes - the final match of 86/87 v St Mirren signed by the team.
92/93 Scottish Cup final signed by Hateley.

Football memorabilia like that, stuff that has been made more contextual by being signed by someone involved in the match is collector gold.

See when someone is selling a top from this season signed by Paul Gascoigne… never holds as much interest.

The best one was the second time we played Stuttgart as that was a plastic card. It fitted in the wallet as it was the size of a bank card and didn't crease or tear
