Top defender. I was surprised he went to Chelsea, for me he is a level above them, but the cash and living in London can’t be a bad life choice.
I hope it’s true that he is going home to his home club. There is always that draw for South Americans, the money in Europe is too good to ignore, but the love of their club means they normally go back in the latter stages of their careers.

He's made a lot of money, but I think he was robbed of a few seasons early in his career due to injury so I don't begrudge him stringing it out longer than most.
