He was far from plodding back mate, he sprinted as soon as he realised the ref wasn't getting conned.

Watch it again, his pace over the first 10 yards is as laughable as his play acting. He doesn't start anything resembling a sprint until Lawrence receives the ball then he's chasing Dessers who he thinks will be clean through. And then he was too tired and sat down on the job.

He’s another of our players that undoubtedly has ability. He just doesn’t bring it enough. It’s so good to see us shooting from outside the box. Like the last goal, anything can happen if you work the goalkeeper

He also is lazy and doesn't track runners when we're defending.

Brilliant.

Goals from midfield are sorely needed for us. A fit and focused Lawrence should be able to score double figures for us over the course of a season. I'm yet to be convinced as to whether he can put both together over a full season but what you wouldn't give to see him ping one of those in on Saturday.
