Just a heads up. Looks like there's lots of daft stuff happening on the train lines on the Saturday and Sunday. Replacement buses on large parts of it.

Yep, I booked mine on April 3 (in hope) because they were already silly prices - I think the unwashed from down south booked their flights as soon as they saw they were drawn against the sheep...

Work being done between Carlisle and Carstairs. I have to leave Liverpool at 4:55 in order to get to Glasgow by 11:15. I’m not trusting replacement buses on a day like that.

Just looked at MB website, £40 return. Up Friday, back Sunday. 10 hours each way. What a ball ache.

Not going to the match and I'll have luggage anyway. Going to a gig in Liverpool on the Friday after a few days in London.
