Why would it be? Not all pitches on a Saturday get inspected if one pitch is needing an inspection. Is the pitch at McDiarmid Park being inspected at the same time?
So it passes an inspection tomorrow then it rains all day Wednesday, what then?
Could they pick a worse pitch. There is one 100 meters away that is in decent nickA peat bog moved to a ploughed farmer's field.
Yes, they could have picked livi or killie. The owners of the one 100 meters away have told the spfl to bolt.Could they pick a worse pitch. There is one 100 meters away that is in decent nick
Haha normally we could all giggle but could you rule this out with these mob’s probably notIs the pitch at McDiarmid Park being inspected at the same time?
Someone go fly a drone over. Perfectly legal I believe.Dundee / SPFL have disallowed TV from covering tomorrow mornings pitch inspection
Cos they rather us play it before a semi finalWhy was that quite sensible decision not made last week?
Unallocated seats if common sense prevails. The way every away game is anyway for the most part.Be fun and games getting fans in and allocating stands seats etc. Amateurs and chancers running the game
Because the governing body revel in seeing us getting messed around - and am not joking. That's the question - why could this back up plan not have been in place last week?
Probably why they won't let cameras in to see it taking placeThere's surely no way this doesn't get moved? The Dens pitch is in such a state that even if the forecast was dry and warm it would still be gubbed, not really sure what the point of even checking it is.
Just move it and fine the useless c*nts.

No they would rather their favourites went 4 points infront.Cos they rather us play it before a semi final
A money spinning pre season friendly with Paedophile FC.What’s happening with the sanctions against Dundee for this debacle
It's procedure to confirm the pitch is unplayable, which the SPFL are anticipating tomorrow. The game will be played in Perth on Wednesday. There's surely no way this doesn't get moved? Aye seems to be heading that way. It's procedure to confirm the pitch is unplayable, which the SPFL are anticipating tomorrow. The game will be played in Perth on Wednesday.
Is that you Ray?What times the fucking inspection?
I miss Rays posts. Is that you Ray?
BecauseSt Johnstone is closer to DundeeDoesn’t say what time the pitch inspection is only ‘morning’ .
Why move to a less than reasonable alternate when the likes of Tynecastle could be used .
Then they should have moved it any whereSt Johnstone said no because they had a game on the pitch last weekend. Don't let it get in the road of the great conspiracy theory against us though.
12oclock I thinkAnyone know the time of the pitch inspection
Agree 100%. It can be no coincidence that anytime we are shaping up for an exciting end to the season the media and administrators concoct a shitstorm that see’s us lose focus. No matter what will happen now after Sundays debacle, this game will go ahead by hook or crook.
The plan has worked. The pressure on Rangers now has totally destabilised our season. This could have been made last week, or even when it was called off first time around, but there had to be a way to bring us back down to earth with a bump and it’s worked.
There was no way that all of this was innocent and purely down to the weather. We got dragged into a game and we fell for it and we have now suffered for it.
You may say paranoia, but the dogs and dirty tricks were always going to be coming out and this was their way of fucking with us.
All of this was fully avoidable.
The statement yesterday said "tomorrow morning". So for the cabbages who run Scottish football that will be afternoon.12oclock I think
What pitch ?Anyone know the time of the pitch inspection
Nope. St J weren't allowing a game on their pitch 3 days before they were playing on it themselves. This league is such a joke. Should have been played last week in Perth. Clowns in charge of the circus.
Because it's going to be passed. Forecast is dry today (50% chance of a shower this evening for an hour or so) and all day tomorrow. Why have they banned the media?
Because they don’t need the media now. Their plan has worked, the circus came to town and now it’s not required any longer. Why have they banned the media?
Didn't know that, point still stands though the leagues a circus & should have been a contingency plan to ensure this game was played, with fans in attendance.Nope. St J weren't allowing a game on their pitch 3 days before they were playing on it themselves.
The game is now meaningless in the context of the split. Should Rangers win and score a barrowload I fully expect Celtic to come out saying that a potentially tricky fixture was turned into a pointless game for Dundee and Celtic have suffered.I'm expecting it to go ahead at Dens by hook or crook now.
Banning the media covering the pitch inspection stinks though.

Is it f*ck. Dundee are 3 points behind St Mirren. 5th place likely to get Europe. The game is now meaningless in the context of the split. Dundee will end up sixth. Is it f*ck. Dundee are 3 points behind St Mirren. 5th place likely to get Europe.
Unless something has changed and Scotland don't get 5 places anymore.
Who cares what they say?The game is now meaningless in the context of the split. Should Rangers win and score a barrowload I fully expect Celtic to come out saying that a potentially tricky fixture was turned into a pointless game for Dundee and Celtic have suffered.
Not saying they won't but it's not a meaningless game, from from it. They've it all to play for if 5th gets Europe.Dundee will end up sixth.
Celtic will somehow be the victims no matter what happensThe game is now meaningless in the context of the split. Should Rangers win and score a barrowload I fully expect Celtic to come out saying that a potentially tricky fixture was turned into a pointless game for Dundee and Celtic have suffered.
It is that meaningless that is delaying the post-split fixturesThe game is now meaningless in the context of the split.
