The only sensible thing for the FA to do here is to send Villa to the Conference, steal all their players and pocket the transfer fees, fine them millions and ban them from signing anyone over 16.
In fact, while they're at it they should ask Birmingham fans to organise a vote of other clubs to see if Villa should be stripped of their European Cup win, as they obviously cheated by signing good players they couldn't afford to win that.
Yes, that's what the FA should do
I forgot about that fat mess wyness on the SPLTV thread the other day. He was the loudest mouth about kicking Rangers and Celtic out the league when we, rightly, told them to do one.
That's not true. If a football club misses the 19th of the month payment deadline for its monthly PAYE/NIC payment then HMRC will be in contact with them within days. They have a specialist team now that focuses on UK football clubs. Clubs get a warning letter within a week giving them a short time to pay up, and if they don't then they'll issue a winding up order without hesitation. I'm aware of clubs in the Irish League where HMRC have gone down this route over sums less than £10,000 and they'll certainly do it for larger clubs in England too.You don’t get served with a winding up order for missed payment, this can only be in relation to several missed payments which is extremely suspicious.
Nah, Cameron will have a quiet word with Philip Hammond and ask if he couldn't just see his way to forgetting about that little business of the overdue tax payment.Or David Cameron will have a word with David Sullivan and David Gold
Couldn't argue with any of these suggestions. A Birmingham fan.The only sensible thing for the FA to do here is to send Villa to the Conference, steal all their players and pocket the transfer fees, fine them millions and ban them from signing anyone over 16.

At least Wyness is getting a boot in the b*ws.Don’t think it’s as bad as is being made out to be honest.
They’ll pay the bill and it will be business as normal.

Keith Wyness, was he not involved with the furrybooters a while ago?
Don’t want villa under pressure, but the fat wyness fella downed us at every opportunity, sure he was trolling the docks area in “fit like “country.
You'll do for me mate. SOTV indeed.First thoughts are they don't deserve it and hope they get out of it.
Then I remember my best mates a Birmingham fan and I have a soft spot for the blues.
So shit on the villa.
The Villa tax case is being assembled as we speak. Computers hacked and info ready to be drip fed, out of context with precision timing. The Birmingham fans will all be writing blogs as we speak

Just Birmingham city bloggers mind, nobody in any positions of government or authority whatever.
It’s like we’ve seen it all happen before. The blog contents will then be picked up by the MSM and regurgitated as gospel. Sound familiar?
At least several years, not exactly sure. I do know that for years Irish League clubs have to sign an agreement with the Irish FA and HMRC that allows the IFA to check each month if they have paid their PAYE and VAT for that month. And they have to send the IFA a return saying if they have paid HMRC and all employees on time. If the SFA had had a similar scheme in place in 2011/2012 it would have highlighted what that (unt Whyte was up to earlier and may have helped prevent what followed?Very interesting. How long have HMRC been doing that ?
Is that not standard procedure. The only sensible thing for the FA to do here is to send Villa to the Conference, steal all their players and pocket the transfer fees, fine them millions and ban them from signing anyone over 16.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy!
Fat Wank
Us of all people should have sympathy with Villa fans. Not a fan of them or anything but a big historic club getting fucked again isn't nice to see.Hopefully they get it sorted, I have no leanings to them what so ever but the club should not be punished by the ineptitude of one man

Rumours of their financial state have been going around for a while. I think there's a lot more to it than missing an HMRC payment.
