I really think it’s a mentality thing with our players. They buckle under pressure

Early kick offs seem to be an issue with this squad of serial losers.
Especially playing on a Sunday noon time. We always look like we've just got our of bed after being on the piss all night. Whether its Pittodrie or wherever we rarely fly out the traps. Today was no different.

Successive Rangers managers in recent years seem to find it difficult to have the team fired up. Even when we get a win were often told from the players that the manager had to go through them at half Time.

Look at when we played Hearts at Ibrox. We flew out the traps and absolutely blew them away. Then the following week we played Motherwell thinking we only had to turn up and we'd win. Started the game at walking pace and instantly allowed Motherwell to take the initiative.

We have been poor most games even before Motherwell. It has been coming for a while.

The Motherwell game was a shocker, but because they lost to Hearts the next day it was viewed by many as a “blip”.
