YepSo shoulder barges are banned now too ?
Shoulder, not a shoveClear shove in the back it looked like
Away and shite.Clear foul, don't know how anyone can say otherwise.
And yet the referee didn’t think so whilst having a clear view in real time.A blatant foul, VAR did a good job there.
Yeah but if a goal for us gets chopped off for that you'd be fumingHe wasn't challenging for the ball and played the man, it lead to a goal, if that happened to us I'd be screaming for it to get chopped off as well.
What hand/hands did he use to “push” him???It was a push, correct decision.
This isn't Rangers thoughAway and shite.
That's like the one that Canadian prick got against Morelos last season and we were all kicking up %^*&.
That's never in your life a decision that should rule out a goal ffs
True, but in today's game I'd be expecting that to get ruled outYeah but if a goal for us gets chopped off for that you'd be fuming
Had PSG to plump up the odds on my Saturday night desperation coupon. That lot and Bayern always burst me in those situations. Had Hull and Villa to draw as wellPSG 3-3 Le Harve.
It was a push, correct decision.
The defender was getting the ball, attacker nudged him preventing him from playing the ball. It's a clear foul. What hand/hands did he use to “push” him???
So a shoulder charge in the back is acceptable?Shoulder, not a shove
A terrible decision
We would be screaming for a foul if that was against us.Aye it is a foul to push an opposition player. Clear foul.
I think people are used to watching Scottish football where lenient refs allow the hammer throwers to push opposition players around.
100%We would be screaming for a foul if that was against us.
No doubt about that. My problem is that there's once again zero consistency. Pawson was 5 yards away from it and didn't think anything of it, there is nothing on the monitor that that should have changed his mind.True, but in today's game I'd be expecting that to get ruled out
We’d be going apoplectic if it was chalked offWe would be screaming for a foul if that was against us.
I’m fuming at any goal we get chalked off. There’s a few recently I’m still fuming aboutYeah but if a goal for us gets chopped off for that you'd be fuming
Aye, think refs are too scared to give onfield decisions nowadays and just wait for VAR to bail them out. He should definitely have called for it as a foul as it happened but as you say consistency is all over the place with refs just now.No doubt about that. My problem is that there's once again zero consistency. Pawson was 5 yards away from it and didn't think anything of it, there is nothing on the monitor that that should have changed his mind.
There's been similar instances happening this season that were deemed not to have been fouls (Joelinton on Gabriel for example).
It’s hardly a “shoulder charge”So a shoulder charge in the back is acceptable?
Pretty clearly thru the back of the fella. Right decision for me. Never shoulder to shoulder in a million years. Could tell the villa defender was in front of the attacker he wasn't braced for that shove at all. That was a howler of a decision, the game inside the box these days is a total bin fire
Watching it again now as Poch is speaking, IMO that’s not a foul anywhere on the parkPretty clearly thru the back of the fella. Right decision for me. Never shoulder to shoulder in a million years. Could tell the villa defender was in front of the attacker he wasn't braced for that shove at all.
I'd have been raging if that goal allowed to stand against my team.

In play decision was there was nothing wrong with it which was the correct decision
The game is being referee’d twice with anything in the box whether that be potential fouls or “hand balls”……it’s getting daft and a matter of time before a major final, a league decider etc is affected
Picture the scene on the 11th….we score that goal and it’s chalked off stopping us winning at the death. Carnage
Don't think so given the majority of posters commenting on it think it's a foul. It’s hardly a “shoulder charge”
