My former neighbours apparently, that claimed that because I am only home half the year that I have less of a right to be there than they do, and that Rangers tops and a Union Jack is sectarianism. So the reasoning behind my avoidance of the disturbed is the likes of these folk that represent Greenock as a population

Don't let them get to you, changing habits and the way you go about your day is letting folk get to you mate - you're better than that, smile and walk on, they hate it.
 
That is mega cringe material. Compston in particular obviously doesn't understand. Happily works for and is friend with English people but also wishes them dead via his support for the IRA. What a strange confused man.

I continue the way I am, I treat them with ignorance which seems to irritate these people. It’s hilarious to see them foaming at the thought of someone holding a Union Jack, in the United Kingdom of all places

Thomson was born in and represented England so for him to be chanting about terrorists who have murdered his own countrymen is just incredible.

As for the other two idiots if a Muslim actor stated chanting about Al-Qaeda in public it would be front page news and his/her career would be finished. These two clowns should be immediately dropped from any future acting projects or It will be a massive slap in the face to any of the victims families.

I don’t stay there now. I built a house in a different area of Greenock which also seemed to enrage them as well. They actually attempted to get a fellow beggar in the council to remove the planning permission for it
